Amri Ilmma is the CEO of Edufarmers International Foundation, an Indonesia-based nonprofit strengthening food security across Southeast Asia. Edufarmers runs long-term farmer partnership programs focused on productivity, climate-smart agriculture, agriculture sustainability, and AI-powered agronomic advisory. Edufarmers disseminates Agronomic AI tools to smallholder farmers across Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand. Additionally, Edufarmers tackles the issue of nutrition access and availability through community-based stunting prevention programs in Indonesia.

Amri brings almost two decades of experience spanning food security, sustainability, and international development. He previously led Indonesia and regional operations at Enveritas (a Y Combinator-backed coffee sustainability assurance company), and has conducted economic development research with J-PAL at MIT and the World Bank. He also served as an advisor to the Special Staff of the President of Indonesia. He holds an MPA/ID from Harvard Kennedy School and an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Indonesia.

Dr. Carl Thong is a serial entrepreneur and founder of the Sunstone Group, a family office with diverse businesses. He is the General Partner of Eagle Venture Fund, a social-impact venture capital fund, and the chairman of Eagle Venture Studio Asia. Eagle invests in companies that fights human trafficking, provides economic empowerment, economic enablement, and healthcare transformation.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Carl serves as the Chairman of TrustBridge Global, the world’s largest international Christian donor-advised fund, and as Co-Chair of Generosity Path, an international ministry leading the global generosity movement. He is the priest warden at All Saints English Church and also serves on the board of the Theological Education Board for the Singapore Anglican Diocese. Carl He is also a Professor at Singapore Management University.

In his personal time, Carl enjoys cycling with his wife, researching great Sunday brunch restaurants for his family, reading the Bible, and playing musical instruments.

Gregory is one of 100 Senior Counsels in Singapore and specialises in various spheres of civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, mediation and dispute resolution. He is also a recognised expert in banking and insolvency, as well as and charities governance and presently specialises in complex commercial litigation and chancery matters.

Gregory has been consistently recognised in lawyer rankings by leading directories and publications including Chambers Asia Pacific and Best Lawyers in Singapore Best Lawyers in Singapore for Insolvency and Reorganisation Law and Litigation. Among his multiple honours include being ranked as a Distinguished Practitioner in Dispute Resolution (2022), conferred the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (PBM) in 2022 and receiving the prestigious SAL Merit Award from The Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) in 2024, and the inaugural Practice Excellence Award in 2025 by his peers for Civil Litigation  - Advocacy. recognised as a Leading Lawyer in Dispute Resolution: Litigation by Chambers Asia Pacific 2026. 

Beyond his practice, Gregory is very active in serving the community. He is the longest serving President of the Law Society of Singapore, present Chairman of the Law Christian Fellowship, Chairman of and Prison Fellowship Singapore, Board Director Founding Chairman of at Law Society Pro Bono SG, Honorary Secretary of National Council of Social Services, Member at Charity Council and Council for Borad Diversity, Trustee at National Youth Fund, and the list goes on. In recognition of his dedication and judicial temperament in his role as President of the Tribunal for the Maintenance of Parents, Gregory was awarded the Outstanding Volunteer Award at the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) Volunteer and Partner Awards 2025.

Gregory graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and was one of the main speakers in the university’s mooting team in 1992 that emerged world runners-up at the 1992 Jessup International Law Moot Competition in Washington D.C.

Gugun Gumilar is an educator, activist, lobbyist, author and public speaker. He is the UN Youth Ambassador for Indonesia and the founder of the Institute of Democracy and Education (IDE) Indonesia. He is also known as a key opinion leader in youth capacity development at the global level.

In 2020 and 2021, he was active in raising funds for Covid 19 humanitarian aid in Indonesia through IDE Indonesia. He also became the best student at Dublin City University in promoting dialogue between religions, cultures and civilizations. He has also participated in various international and national activities at IDE Indonesia such as the World Tolerance Conference 2016, Southeast Asia Leaders Summit 2017, International World Forum in Jogja 2018, and providing scholarships for outstanding students in Indonesia.

Helianti Hilman is an Indonesian entrepreneur and gastronomy advocate working at the intersection of biodiversity, culture, and inclusive rural economic development. Her work in sustaining Indonesia's bio-cultural food heritage and strengthening community-based food enterprises has earned her international recognition as a leading voice in social entrepreneurship.

In 2008, she founded JAVARA, building supply chains that connect thousands of smallholder farmers and food artisans across Indonesia, bringing biodiversity-based products to domestic and international markets in more than 20 countries. Building on this experience, she later founded Sekolah Seniman Pangan, an initiative that nurtures grassroots entrepreneurs, indigenous communities, and rural food artisans to develop high-value enterprises rooted in local biodiversity and traditional knowledge.

Helianti subsequently initiated and led the establishment of Past Collective, a multistakeholder cooperative that enables food artisans who share common values in embracing biocultural assets and ethical trade to scale more effectively and efficiently through shared resources, collective operations, and market access.

Most recently, she has been spearheading new ventures in community-based Bioculture Gastronomy, creating immersive culinary experiences and regenerative food ecosystems that celebrate biodiversity, seasonality, and cultural landscapes while strengthening local economies.

Her work has received international recognition, including from the Skoll Foundation, Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship, and the EY Social Entrepreneur Award. She has spoken at major global forums including the World Economic Forum, Obama Foundation Leaders Forum, and Social Enterprise World Forum. Her work has also been featured by leading international media including Channel News Asia, DW TV, NHK, Arirang, The Guardian, and others.

Helianti holds a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Rights from King's College London and has completed executive education at Harvard Kennedy School and leading universities in Australia.

Dato Kim Tan is Chairman of SpringHill Management, a private fund management company specialising in biotech and social venture capital investments. He has been a pioneer of social impact investing for over 20 years and is a partner of several social impact funds including Inqo Investments (South Africa), Novastar Ventures (Kenya) and Garden Impact Investment (Singapore). He is an advisor to Johnson & Johnson Impact Ventures.

He is the co-founder of the Transformational Business Network and a trustee of the John Templeton Foundation, Templeton Religion Trust and the Centre for Enterprise, Markets & Ethics (Oxford). He was the founder chairman of NCI Cancer Hospital (Malaysia) and the inventor of the sheep monoclonal antibodies. He developed the first rapid tests for Salmonella in chickens and for atrazine pesticide in drinking water.

He is a Pro-Chancellor of Surrey University (UK) and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine (UK). He was the former Chairman of the Surrey & Hants Innovation Growth Team, former board member of the APEC Life Science Innovation Forum and the Saracens Rugby Club.

He has a PhD in Biochemistry and 3 post-doctoral fellowships from the Medical Research Council (UK). He was the recipient of the Guildford Roll of Honour (2014) and the UK Beacon Award for Impact Investment (2017).

Originally from Canada, Mark has called Asia home for more than two decades. He and his wife Maria, who is Indonesian, are raising two teenage boys, and much of what he believes about business and leadership game has been shaped by that life lived across cultures.

Today, his work focuses on building pathways for social enterprises to scale through capital and ecosystem support. Currently, she leads the Latin America expansion of the Transformational Business Network. They mobilize local sources of catalytic capital and address systemic gaps in investment readiness in order to channel more fit-for-purpose investment to businesses solving social and environmental problems.

Renée holds degrees in entrepreneurship and economics from Belmont University and previously served as Development Manager and Lumos Fellow at Fundación Calicanto in Panama.
